Amendment 39 (CRS 38-30-168) prevents HOA's from preventing you from going Solar on your home. This and other solar-friendly access laws in Colorado make it virtually impossible for someone to stop you from taking advantage of the wonderful benefits of Solar.

The revised Solar HOA bill gives the homeowner even more freedom to go Solar.

Nonetheless, we prefer to work with your HOA rather than fight it.
